Clinical Value of the FoSOD

Test Materials

The testing materials consist of a professional manual and a four-page item booklet with a cover page containing instructions for responding to the inventory, ten demographic and historical questions, and the remaining 56 standard items of the inventory, as well as standard answer sheets. Scoring is attained by means of a computer scoring program that provides an individual profile of the respondent's answers and a critical-item analysis of those responses indicative of moderate or high levels of denial within specific scales and subscales. The computer scoring materials consist of two disks or one CD, which includes a scoring and profiling program.
